TK/How It Works

Deliberate. Measured. Accountable.

No system gets built before your business is understood. Every engagement moves through the same four phases — and you see what's happening at each one.

The four phases of an engagement

PH.01

Diagnose the workflow
and the revenue leaks

We start by mapping how work actually reaches you: which channels ring, who answers, what happens after hours, where quotes go to wait. The output is a plain picture of your workflow with the leak points marked — the calls that ring out, the follow-ups that never happen, the admin that eats your evenings. No system is proposed until this picture exists.

PH.02

Design the system
around the business

The system is drawn around your operation — your trade, your hours, your team, the tools you already use. You review the design before anything is built: what the agents will say, where the handoffs to people sit, what lands on whose calendar. Scope and pricing are agreed here, in writing, before any build starts.

PH.03

Implement, test,
and refine

We build carefully and test against real scenarios — the awkward caller, the 2am inquiry, the job that reschedules twice — before anything touches your customers. The first weeks live are treated as part of the build: we watch closely and tune the details until the system behaves the way your best employee would.

PH.04

Monitor
and improve

Systems aren't installed and abandoned. We keep watching how yours performs, review it with you in plain language — what came in, what booked, what was handed to a person — and keep refining. When your business changes, the system changes with it.

The strategy call

Thirty minutes. Zero theater.

The strategy call is the diagnosis in miniature — a working session, not a sales performance. You talk with a founder, not a rep reading a script. Here's the agenda:

MIN 00–10Your operation, as it is

We walk through how inquiries reach you today — channels, hours, who answers, what happens when nobody can.

MIN 10–20Where it leaks

Together we identify where response slows down or opportunities slip — usually two or three specific points.

MIN 20–30What's worth building

We discuss which systems fit your situation, which don't, and what a sensible first step would look like.

AFTERA clear picture, either way

If a system makes sense, you get a written scope and price to consider. If it doesn't, we say so plainly — and you keep the diagnosis.

What to expect throughout

High-touch means exactly that.

EXP.01

A direct line

You communicate with the person building your system — not a ticket queue. Questions get answers, not case numbers.

EXP.02

Honest scoping

Realistic outcomes, stated plainly. If a system won't earn its cost in your situation, you'll hear that from us first.

EXP.03

Careful pacing

Nothing goes live until it's been tested against real scenarios. Your customers never see a rough draft.

EXP.04

Visible results

Plain-language reporting on what the system caught, booked, and escalated — so you can judge it on evidence.

Start with the diagnosis.

Thirty minutes to find out where your operation leaks — and whether a system is worth building. You'll leave with a clear picture either way.
